Dear Zenith Family,

We’re excited to share some big news—Zenith Health Institute is moving to a new home! Don’t worry, we’re not going far—just about 100 yards from our current location.

🏠 Our new address (starting May 5th):

14506 W. Granite Valley Drive, Suite 110 Sun City West, AZ 85375

⏰ OFFICE CLOSURE DATES:
To get everything moved and settled, our office will be closed for in-person visits from:
Monday, April 28th to Friday, May 2nd, 2025
We will reopen at our new location on Monday, May 5th.

💻 During this time:
– Telehealth (virtual) visits will still be available for sick visits only – things like coughs, colds, or minor injuries.
– Phones won’t be answered live, but if you leave a voicemail, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
– For urgent or life-threatening situations, please go to the emergency room.

💉 If you normally get injections at our office:
You can walk in for your injection at these times and places:

📍 CURRENT LOCATION
Tuesday, April 29 — from 8:00–11:30 AM and 1:00–4:30 PM

📍 NEW LOCATION
Friday, May 2 — from 8:00–11:30 AM

✅ Please plan ahead!
We expect some delays with non-urgent matters, so if you need refills or forms, please try to take care of those the week before we move.
