Amazing!!! I have lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks and I do not feel like I am depriving myself. This is definitely a diet that I can sustain for a long time. The doctor is very knowledgeable; I used to take three different medications for diabetes but now I am completely off all three! And my blood sugars are completely normal!
I would definitely recommend this program to anybody looking to take control of their health

Several people at the hospital that I work in started dropping weight fast. Everyone was talking about Dr. Hevi’s program so when my doctor told me that at 36 years of age, 5’3 1/2 and 160 lbs I was overweight, I started asking questions.
I was skeptical because I’ve never dieted before and as a nurse I know that diets are temporary. I wanted a lifestyle change and when I finally met with Dr Hevi, a lifestyle change was exactly what he described his program to be. Statistics show most doctors only listen to patients for 25 seconds before cutting them off. Not so with Dr. Hevi, he listened to my health history in full to gather all the information he needed to have to guide me in my lifestyle change.
Thanks to Dr. Hevi and the program I lost 18 lbs in 3 weeks and 5 months later I haven’t gained a pound back, thanks to his teaching. Furthermore, the hernia that I thought would need surgery doesn’t bother me anymore and I feel healthier than I have in a long time. The way my family eats is forever changed, thanks to Dr. Hevi!

The wait was a bit longer than I would expect of a one doctor office [35 min. ] but when Dr. Hevi came in he allowed ample time to go through the tests and Q&A. He is pleasant and easy to talk to. Seems very personable and knowledgeable. The staff at Zenith are polite and friendly. Glad I found their office, i was referred by a friend. I am glad Dr. Hevi is interested in holistic medicine. I had to find a new Primary Care Physician. Dr. Hevi was referred to me by a friend who is a patient. I dropped in to see the practice in person before registering as a new patient. The office is small but clean and bright. The front desk staff is friendly. I was able to register as a new patient right then and they scheduled my first appointment for the very next afternoon.
I saw the doctor after a short wait and after having blood drawn by a very gentle and sweet woman named Frankie. Dr. Hevi was thorough, professional and very personable. He spent ample time with me. His approach to medicine is a more holistic one for which I am thrilled. His focus is on keeping the whole body healthy which includes proper diet, sleep, and exercise. He is also an obesity specialist for those desiring to lose weight in a healthy manner. I am very pleased to have found a new Primary Care Physician who doesn’t have so many patients that it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment in a timely manner. Also, his office is very close to my home which is just an added bonus!

My wife and I started a diet program with Dr. Hevi. We had talked about going on a diet for quite some time and thought we could do it on our own. It never happened. Once we started with Dr. Hevi we both saw a dramatic reduction in our weight after only the first week. It’s now been 7 months and I am happy to report a loss of 65 pounds for me and 46 pounds for my wife. Neither of us has had any problems with hunger or cravings.
